Fray in the play! The Physical Education (PE) in the DepEd’s curriculum is making the students’ participate in sports, this will keep them highly active in physical activities, actions that they would benefit to.
Sports helps the Junior High School students’ physically fit, this will help improve brain health, reduce risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and will improve the ability to do everyday tasks. By walking 10,000 steps burns 300-400 calories in your body. Every student should be physically fit, doing sports everyday will improve their mental health. With that, students of Junior High School can function properly in their academic performances.
The government passed the “The Schools Physical Education and Sports Development Act of 1969.,” it is an integrated physical education and sports development program in all schools of the Philippines. The students’ athletic skills will improve. Before that, it requires effective planning in the physical activity of a person.
