The School Division Office (SDO) Pampanga implemented a program called "RASA-BASA" to help student who have dificulties in reading. This program aims to increase the percentage of who can read and comprehend.

We .hink that RASA-BASA was a effective program for those student who cant read or comprehend. In the 2nd quarter, the percemtage of who can read and comprehend was increase to 9%. Reading can help a student to reach a new academic achivement .

Moreover, this program will help us to reach a much higher place in PISA. RASA-BASA aims to produce a much more inteligent and better student. Despite the many chalenges, School Division Office (SDO) Pampanga will never stop implement a program to help allof the studen who have dificulties in reading.

To sum it up, RASA-BASA is a program implemented by the School Division Office to enhance a student in reading and comprehension. It also aims to help a student to reach a much higer level of education.
