CLRAA: WHY DID THE PAMPANGA PLACED 6TH?

Why did the pampanga failed to conquer Central Luzon Regional Athletics Association (CLRAA)?

The Pampanga was placed 6th with a 18 gold medals, 23 silver medals, and 28 bronze medals.

With lack of rigid trainings, the other provinces has the privileged to conquer Pampanga. Pronvinces like Bulacan, Bataan, and Olongapo has much more stronger competitors.

The provinces above Pampanga was more prepared to compete with other competitive players. If Pampanga has more time to prepare before competing in the said event, they may have a chance to prevail over the other provinces.

It seems like Pampanga is having a hard time coping up with a strategy to conquer the other provinces. Unlike Bulacan, they are much more prepared to conquer Central Luzon Regional Athletics Association (CLRAA) than the other provinces that are participating.
